You've Got Enough On Your Plate

You can do anything, but you can't do everything.

You've got enough on your plate.

Life can pile up fast, but clarity arrives when you simplify.

Take this plate and write down the one intention or priority

that will move you forward with purpose today.

Write it boldly, honor it fully,

and release the clutter that weighs you down.

Your load gets lighter

the moment you choose what to carry.

Give yourself some grace.

Everything else can wait.

Happy Monday. //

You can do anything… but you can’t do everything. And that truth feels like a breath of fresh air.

Today, I handed out 100 paper plates to strangers—each one an invitation to choose one intention instead of carrying the whole world at once. Sometimes giving yourself permission to focus on one meaningful thing clears the way more than juggling ten. Your load gets lighter the moment you choose what to carry.

On mine, I wrote: “Make 100 humans smile today.” Mission accomplished. And somehow, focusing on that one thing made the day feel lighter, brighter, and more meaningful.

When you simplify, clarity shows up. When you choose one priority, the noise fades. When you give yourself grace, everything shifts.

Your plate doesn’t have to be full to be worthy. Pick the one thing that matters today.

Let the rest go.

Happy Monday, with a lighter heart.
